Lindsay has over 12 years of experience working within diverse organizations as an advocate for the development and recognition of human capital. Her core capabilities include Executive Leadership and New-Manager training, Strategic Thinking, Communication and Career Coaching. She holds an MBA in Marketing and Organizational Behavior is a Certified Coach Practitioner and is accredited to facilitate DiSC®, Lominger Voices 360 and Predictive Index.
